Hi Ira
First off, I'd like to say hats off to you for your candor in exposing the way the diamond industry works. I have to commend you for providing a service that many in my shoes today greatly need, especially in times like these, when the mess with the economic conditions in most countries does not make a difference to our lovely girlfriends and their expectations ;)
I'm hoping for your advice in finding an ideal oval cut stone within the 2.0 to 2.5 ct range, within a budget of $15,000. Size matters, and color takes priority. Can it be done? Many hanks in advance!
