James Allen also has a great selection of engagement rings to choose from to match with this diamond. As with our last daily diamond selection, if you really want to make this large diamond look huge on your fiance’s finger, then pair it with an engagement ring that is as simple and delicate as possible.  Making sure the shank width is quite narrow (as close to 2mm as possible) will ensure you’ll get this look successfully.  Setting this large 2 carat Round diamond on top of a ring such as James Allen’s 18k White Gold 2.2mm Wire Basket Solitaire Ring will really make it stand out.

I’m sure by now you have noticed the large inclusion at about 8 o’clock in the picture of this stone.  I can tell you from experience that if you place a prong over the outer edge of this inclusion, it will make it much less noticeable.  Again, like a few of the other I1 selections, this stone might not technically be totally eye-clean at 12 inches, but it will definitely be clean at a casual glance.  You’ll need to really study the stone to find that inclusion at 8 o’clock unless you already know where it is.
