Thanks for writing in. In general, IGI is looser than GIA by a full clarity grade (sometimes two). Likewise, regarding cut, you'll find many diamonds that would only receive a "very good" cut grade from GIA that receive the top cut grade from IGI. I hope this helps! Hi Samir.
